Certificate Biology Form 1

This book includes all the topics generally covered in the first year of the Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) syllabus for Biology. The level of material in the book meets the standards required for the KCSE examination. Consequently the teacher of Form One Biology is expected to convey the basic concepts and information suited to the level of understanding of his or her students. The contents of the book also include material for the London G.C.E. Examinations (International). Each chapter has some practical activities and test questions. Answers to these questions are placed towards the end of the book and are meant to be a guide to students.
